4D v12.3 MC2 is available

As usual, for 4D Partners only – the guys in the cheap ranks have to wait a little. As the announcement  says, all major work is done. Only show stoppers can prevent 4D from a final release. The first-after-the-release is already scheduled. Here is the partner link.
