taow 4DHmm, I think I missed this announcement. 4D offers 3 levels of support. The easy part is free – for 4D Partners and the first 30 days after you bought a 4D product. It is ‘online support’, which normally means: ‘don’t call’.

It might happen you already have any kind of a service contract (not more specified, partner contracts or else?) then you have access to the ‘Premium Support‘. – I wouldn’t have named it so. Everything below seems to be a ‘Inferior Support’, but, that’s not my decision.

  • Incident Support
    3 Support calls within 1 year (starting at the first call) for 150 € (excl. VAT)
  • Silver Support
    24 Support calls within 1 year (starting at the first call) for 649 € (excl. VAT)
  • Gold Support
    Unlimited Support calls within 1 year (starting at the first call) for 1’999 € (excl. VAT)

There are even more options:

  • Additional Tech Cases
    + 5 tech cases 149 € (excl. VAT)
  • Additional Tech Cases
    +10 tech cases 249 € (excl. VAT)
  • Additional beneficiary
    only 399 € (excl. VAT)
  • Support connectivity
    no number of cases mentioned, 399 € (excl. VAT)
  • Support extensions
    no number of cases mentioned, seems to  be for 4D’s extension (Web, WebServices…), 399 € (excl. VAT)

You have to train your problems, they are allowed to happen Monday-Thursday 9:30-12:30 and 14:00-18.00, Fridays 9:30-12:30, 14:00-16:00. Weekends: get a life!
